RAIN DATE INFORMATION:
The show will only be canceled due to SEVERE weather only. If we are just having rain showers or passing showers, the show will still go on. We will only cancel if there is thunder and lighting in the area. To inquire if the show has been rescheduled, check the home page of this website at 8:00 a.m. for the cancellation announcement.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION:
We’re proud to host this event each year as a family-friendly community celebration, and we’re grateful to welcome more than 2,500 attendees annually. But we need to be clear: Rude or aggressive behavior toward our staff, parking volunteers, or other guests will not be tolerated. Our team and the Civil Air Patrol cadets work hard to keep things running smoothly — especially in the parking lots. If you can't treat them with basic respect, you will be asked to leave immediately. No exceptions. Let’s keep this show fun, safe, and welcoming for everyone.
Show vehicle placement is first-come, first-served. For safety reasons, vehicles may NOT enter the show field after registration closes, even if space(s) become available. No exceptions. Groups/clubs must arrive at the show together to be parked together.
No alcoholic beverages are allowed on Curtis Lumber property. If you are bringing a pop-up tent for shade, you MUST secure your tent with stakes or weigh it down. Curtis Lumber can provide you with options to secure your tent in our main store for a small fee.
PET-FRIENDLY EVENT:
We love seeing your fur-kids! All leashed and well-behaved pets are welcome. No retractable leashes, please. Please be considerate when walking your pet through the crowds. We have many elderly guests and children in attendance. Please keep your pets under control and do not let them jump onto the show vehicles. Please "curb your pet" and clean up after them at the show.
SPECTATOR PARKING:
Parking for spectators is FREE. Our parking is handled by Curtis Lumber employee volunteers and the Civil Air Patrol. Please be patient while we park you in a safe manner and please listen to our parking attendants. Your cooperation is appreciated.
HANDICAPPED PARKING:
We do have handicapped parking available for those with issued handicapped placards.
RESTROOMS:
We have a 10 stall restroom trailer complete with water for handwashing. Restrooms are handicapped accessible and our restrooms in our main store are also available.
